Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship across the European Union, with Poland as our primary launch market.

How much does shipping cost?
A flat rate of €4.95 applies to orders under €75. Orders of €75 or more ship free. Delivery takes 5-10 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, use our Track Your Order page with your order number and email or tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.

How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@jimxray.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to cancel or adjust it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), iDEAL, and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
